Fluxa / TAS coordinates road-tanker terminal operations: truck registration, order authorisation, bay allocation, metered compartment loading and trip reconciliation in one operator environment.
Discuss Terminal Automation ↗Solution illustration
Terminal AutomationCheck the truck, driver and order before entry. Connect card readers, gate interlocks and entry-pass printing.
Send presets to bay control units and follow totalisers, batch states, flow and density for each compartment.
Bring earth-clamp, overfill, emergency-stop and safety-PLC signals into named operator alarm and acknowledgement workflows.
View tank levels, pumps and PLC status through TCP and OPC integration alongside the loading gantry.
Compare loaded quantities with the order, print documents and close the trip before authorised exit.
Exchange shipment and order information with the host system so loading is authorised against the correct order.
THE LOADING WORKFLOW
Mimics, device views, live grids, forms, trends and print layouts are configured around the terminal’s tags and workflows.
A shared Flutter client serves browsers on the terminal LAN and a Windows desktop build for the control room.
Standby-node synchronisation, service health and link-status monitoring support the terminal deployment.
Deployment is configured to the terminal’s field equipment, business interfaces and operating procedures. Presentation examples are simulated and do not connect to a live plant.

AquaSync connects a main controller, protected pump starters and solar-powered valve controllers over LoRa radio. Schedule watering, coordinate valves and check your farm from the mobile app through a direct connection to the controller.
Discuss AquaSync ↗Solution illustration
AquaSync IrrigationSet weekday schedules and up to four daily starts. Run valve groups in sequence by time or supported flow and pressure inputs.
Designed to preserve the remaining watering time and resume the program after stable supply returns.
Monitor voltage and current for dry run, overload, locked rotor, supply imbalance and missing-phase conditions.
Alternate two same-rated pumps on one service and transfer to the standby when the duty pump trips, with interlocking to prevent simultaneous running.
Coordinate pre-wet, timed fertiliser injection and flushing within a watering step. Schedule filter backwash by interval or pressure drop.
View pump and valve status, program progress, offline devices, battery conditions and valve-pulse faults on the controller and app.
FOUR PARTS, ONE NETWORK
3.5-inch colour display and local buttons. Runs schedules independently of the phone and coordinates up to five pump controllers.
Three-phase DOL or star-delta pump-starting variants with electrical monitoring and protection. Single-phase control is in development.
Solar and battery-powered field unit for six 12 V latching valves. Designed with battery monitoring, valve deadlines and link-loss closing.
Direct controller connection over home Wi-Fi or configured internet access. Live status, programs, alarms and confirmed device commands.
Planned: pump-hour and water-delivery reports, power-quality graphs and farm-light control. These are not presented as currently available features.
AquaSync describes designed behaviour; hardware trials and site commissioning remain pending. Single-phase motor control is in development. Reporting and farm-light control are planned features.
